Dining offers a generous serving of food and service. Early morning coffee is ready by 7 a.m. Heaping portions have led to our customers to refer to our breakfast as a “no lunch” breakfast. You’ll be treated to a top-notch homemade breakfast served every morning promptly at 8:30 a.m. We use maple syrup from Toad Hill Maple farm in Thurman, meat products from Oscar’s Smokehouse in Warrensburg, cheeses from Nettle Meadow Farm and fresh products from our Farmer’s Market when available. We are proud to be a member of the Pride of New York and Adirondack Harvest pledging to use fresh, local and New York products. In addition, we incorporate homegrown, organic herbs, vegetables, fruit and berries and eggs from our own happy chickens into seasonally inspired delicious dishes.
Our typical breakfast consists of cakes, muffins, buns and or breads, juice, fresh fruit or yogurt and fruit, sausage, Canadian bacon, and/or bacon, an egg dish and a starch (e.g.. stuffed French toast, apple puff pancakes, Belgian waffles), and coffee/teas all elegantly served family style on our imported china by the glow of candlelight.
Our dining room has original wood floors and moldings with collections of artwork and memorabilia and a gas fireplace in the Arts and Crafts mantle, surrounded by North Creek granite with garnet tile. We can help you celebrate a special anniversary, birthday or other event with advanced notice. Please refer to our policy for special dietary requests.
